What Corley Energy is

Corley Energy is a behind-the-meter independent power producer. We convert stranded Permian Basin natural gas into firm, contracted electricity for AI data centers, building dedicated generation on the same ground as the data center — so compute never waits on a grid interconnection queue.

The project

Power Foundry is our flagship development: roughly one thousand acres in Upton County, Texas, developed as dedicated behind-the-meter generation for AI compute. Land secured, gas supply signed, permits pulled — hundreds of megawatts with a path to gigawatt scale. Details and current capacity availability are on the Sites page.
